Adrian is a full-time Orange County residential and multifamily apartment investment specialist who is immensely committed to providing privileged access to his clients, who consist of local and regional buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.

Although primarily focused on the Irvine Great Park and Woodbury Areas, Adrian has sold luxury single-family homes, Multifamily apartment buildings, and vacant land parcels all over Orange County, including Coastal properties in Laguna Beach and Investment properties in North & Central OC areas. Adrian has been active as a full-time real estate broker for the past 12 years and has closed transactions valued over one hundred million dollars during his career.

Adrian is directly involved in every aspect of the transaction. From preparing a detailed marketing package, executing a strategic marketing plan, qualifying buyers, coordinating inspections, and managing the escrow process, Adrian communicates the progress with his clients every step of the way.

Adrian graduated with an MBA degree from London Business School and also holds a CFA and a real estate Broker’s license in California. Beyond real estate, Adrian is an active volunteer and supporter of St. Jude Children's Hospital, the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach, The Saddleback Church, and The Heart Foundation.
